It was an ordinary morning, or at least I thought it was when I woke up. I headed into the living room to get my day started with some yoga, and as I rolled out my yoga mat I noticed something odd on the rug. It was a greenish blue stain. New Year’s resolutions are a funny thing. Most people don’t even keep them throughout all of January. I know because I’ve been guilty of the same thing. I’ve promised myself that I would workout everyday in the past and found myself skipping workouts as early as the second week of January.
