You might be wondering why Isle of Gods is no longer up for sale. When I released the book, I was determined to make it a series because I read somewhere that was what you're supposed to do. What's with me and doing what I'm "supposed to do?" I don't know. It's like I never learn my lesson.
Well, I don't like series, so I took the book down, and I'm revamping it. It will be one long book about relationships in this odd little world I invented. That's the only way the book can exist and still look like something I wrote.
I was also wasting my time trying to be some kind of urban fantasy writer or something. That didn't work out because I don't read urban fantasy and the urban fantasy that I've tried to read has been torturous, except for Neil Gaiman's American Gods. (Have you seen the series? I haven't because I don't have Starz, but I'm intrigued.)
So right about now everything is blowing up in my face. Not really. I just realized that I've wasted a ton of time. I should've kept doing what iIwas doing from the start, writing small stories about relationships. That's what I'm back to. If you like that kind of thing, stick around. If not there are plenty of other writers out there to entertain you.
